About Zuruweb

A dedicated local production partner in Nairobi

Zuruweb works on the ground in Nairobi, so international teams in New York, London, and Singapore have one local team coordinating their conference from the first scoping call to the final set strike. We sit between global expectations and the local venues, suppliers, and crews that make an event run.

Our role is to hold the production together: venue decisions, talent logistics, stage and audiovisual build, and the schedule that ties them into one working day.

How we coordinate

Local checks, clear protocols, shared run-of-show

Every supplier is validated on the ground before we recommend them. We review technical capacity, equipment condition, crew availability, and references tied to real events in Nairobi. Venue walkthroughs happen in person, documenting power access, load-in routes, sightlines, and acoustic limits so that no assumption reaches the day of the event.

Communication runs on protocols built around New York, London, and Singapore working hours, with agreed response windows and a single named producer for each brief. On event day, a live run-of-show governs stage cues, lighting changes, sound checks, and speaker transitions, so the production team and the client team work from the same timeline.

Collaboration milestones

From first scope to final media

01

Pre-production scoping

We align objectives, audience, budget, and dates, then shortlist venues and local vendors against your brief.

02

Venue and supplier confirmation

We walk the venue, validate suppliers, and lock talent and technical requirements in writing.

03

Setup and rehearsal

Stage, lighting, and sound are built and tested on site, with rehearsals timed to the run-of-show.

04

Event day and media handover

Our producer manages the day live, then hands over photography and video assets once the event closes.
